Manufacturing Capabilities

PSEMC has extensive manufacturing capabilities at all three sites (Chandler, AZ., Hollister and Valencia, CA.). Our capabilities include energetic material synthesis and formulation, linear formed explosives, laser and electronic ordnance systems ordnance assembly for aerospace (aircraft, missiles, space), as well as commercial applications.

Comprehensive machine shop facilities provide PSEMC flexibility to quickly craft prototypes, tooling and production machining, including specialty items supporting NASA and Department of Energy programs.

Our production lines are organized into one-piece flow where possible to take advantage of lean manufacturing best practices. A cadre of manufacturing engineers provides expert assembly guidance, tooling design, comprehensive manufacturing instructions and problem solutions as required maintaining productivity and the highest quality.
