PSEMC designs, develops, qualifies and manufactures ordnance products to meet stringent aerospace environments. PSEMC is an established aerospace supplier and possesses all the necessary facilities and capabilities to perform all activities associated with the research and development as well as production and delivery of ordnance components and systems.

Our three facilities cumulatively boast over 150 years of pyrotechnic and ordnance expertise .Our highly refined manufacturing, design, quality, machining, testing and lean manufacturing capabilities support advanced research and development as well as stringent production requirements.

Both Arizona Operations and California Operations are designated by certain capabilities as applicable. However, facilities will cross utilize capabilities and strengths to provide customers with a full service organization regardless of PSEMC location.

Manufacturing Capabilities: PSEMC has extensive manufacturing capabilities at all three sites. Our capabilities include energetic material synthesis and formulation, ordnance assembly for aerospace (aircraft, missiles, space), as well as commercial applications, linear formed explosives, laser and electronic ordnance systems.

Comprehensive machine shop facilities provide PSEMC flexibility to quickly craft prototypes, tooling and production machining, including specialty items supporting NASA and Department of Energy programs.

Our production lines are organized into one-piece flow where possible to take advantage of lean manufacturing best practices. A cadre of manufacturing engineers provides expert assembly guidance, tooling design, comprehensive manufacturing instructions and problem solutions as required maintaining productivity and the highest quality.
